Life changes overnight

Hello again! I can't believe how much time has gone by. The past few months have been a total whirlwind to say the least. Time to play catch up! From November 2010 through the middle of March 2011, our family was living in a darling apartment that we loved! A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that was on the second floor. It was perfect! It was right across from the swingset, and the playground was just a little walk away. We also took advantage of the gym a few times, and had planned on using the swimming pool this summer. However, we were in for a big surprise!

My husband Josh was a manager of a restaurant in Salt Lake, and his younger brother, Chris, was managing a different restaurant in Logan. (The restaurants are both owned by the same family). Chris' wife, Maiko is Japanese, as is her family. Due to some family matters, Chris and Maiko decided that they needed to move to Japan to be with her father. My brother and sister-in-law are very selfless and already had Josh and Chris' mother living with them in their new house that they just recently built. So, after deciding to move to Japan there became a dilema. Who was to care for Josh's mom and the house and who would take over the restaurant in Logan?

Surprise!!

Chris and Maiko talked this situation over with our family, and we agreed that we would kind of take over their responsibilities here. So we have moved again! We are now renting their house in Logan. Josh is managing a new restaurant, and we are settling in. Our family of three has grown to a family of four, (the addition being my mother-in-law) and as far as "caring for the house" goes....well we are still trying to unpack, which means that a few things are suffering right now. (My apologies to the neighbors for letting our weeds get out of control.)

The house is very lovely! It's a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home. It has the living room, family room, kitchen, and dining room downstairs and upstairs there is an additional family room and bonus room. (A real bonus for our son as this room has become his playroom!) It's large and there's plenty of room to grow.
Everything is happening so fast these days! So many new changes which bring both blessings and new challenges. We are adjusting well though. Thank you for reading. Goodnight everyone!
P.S. Pictures will be coming soon!
